Spooky Box Club: Ghost Box Unboxing (Spoilers!)

18 May 2016

It's been awhile! I've been wanting to blog more for the longest time now but unfortunately I've been suffering with crippling anxiety for the last few months, hence why there hasn't been much blog posts from me or much activity from me on my social media accounts. I'm recovering, getting help and trying to get myself together by buying lots of enamel pins (yes I've even more now since that blog post so an updated one is due!) and subscribing to the Spooky Box Club!

I've been wanting to subscribe to Spooky Box ever since it started and have actually been following them since then. I was unable to purchase though as I didn't have the money at the time. The box itself is £21 which works out at about €27. But it was mainly the shipping that was the problem as it's £14.50 international which is about €20. I honestly just didn't have that much money for a subscription box even though I obsessively watched Toxic Tears unboxing videos and WANTED EVERYTHING. Like there was the odd thing I didn't like but the majority of the stuff I NEEDED. I've seen so many makeup and geeky sub boxes but after awhile they get so crap (Steve used to be subscribed to Horror Block and that's gone to total crap now) but Spooky Box always had so much stuff I just loved and wanted but with the Euro being so bad, damn Euro!, I just couldn't justify it. Until, for us very lucky Irish peoples, AnPost started up My Address Pal! It's like Parcel Motel but cheaper! This meant I could get the UK shipping (£3.98 €5) and then pay Address Pal €3.50 for shipping to Ireland!

I wasn't sure whether or not to post that bit of information as I don't want Spooky Box to be losing out on money. But I assume they use all the £14.50 on shipping and not for the box itself? That me, paying the £21 (€27) is what goes to them and keeps them going? If you know what I mean! All I'll say is, If you can afford it go for it and if not Address Pal is an amazing option if you can't.

My money conversions aren't the greatest I've just noticed (I was using an online converter but Paypal's converter is slightly different!) but I'm paying €32.98 for the box which includes UK shipping and then the €3.50 at the post office for the Address Pal. I hope that all made sense and helped anyone wanting to subscribe in Ireland and that Spooky Box gets lots of subscribers now!

OK enough rambling about shipping, I finally subscribed and oh my holy ghost was I excited! I have it all posted on my snapchat: fluffyvw (won't be available for long!) and I LOVE EVERY SINGLE THING.

**Super obvious but if you have subscribed and are waiting for the Ghost Box I'm spoiling it completely in this blog post so look away now!!**

Super cute lil ghost sticker on the box!

When you open the box there is some leaflets on top all about spooky box and then a list of everything that's included in this months box! I did quickly put that one to the side as I wanted the contents to be a surprise for me! There is then some lovely purple paper noodles on top keeping everything padded and safe! They came off all in one for me luckily and all the contents were below it! :D

The first thing I noticed was this AMAZING Coffin pin! There has been pins included in some of the past boxes and that's why it says pin no. 3! I would love the others but I'm so happy I got this one as it's super spooky and will add nicely to my collection of enamel pins.

Next was this cute ghost hair clip! I currently don't have much hair but I can still clip it to my bag or jacket! I love it!

Look at this cute little ghostie with its lil cheeks! I don't think I'll be able to put this on my phone but I will definitely find something to put it on! Oh and there is also a little bell on it and it has a cute little bell sound!

I will definitely be wearing this amazing sad ghost necklace ALL THE TIME. Look at it!! More cute!!

When I saw this fantastic Ghost Hunter patch I nearly died!!! LOOK!!! It's so amazing and I will be for sure starting a ghost related DIY jacket that I can put this on! :D

Tote bags make me super happy. I honestly think I need to do a blog post (or a video possibly?) on my awesome collection of tote bags. This is down as a Lunch bag as it's a bit smaller than your normal tote but it can be used for many things!

I love the print SO MUCH!!! Like I mean you guys?! How wonderful is all this stuff?! DYING. It has a zip also just to make things even better! :D I also included a photo of the Spooky Box Club label that's on the inside! Even the label's cool.

Not gonna lie, totally cried when I saw this! I'm going to be moving soon and things like this just make me very happy as I will be decorating my house all things spooky, cute and Halloweeny! I just can't wait to put up this pennant and then it will be Halloween everyday in my house. Sorry that the pics don't really show the size but it's about 20 inches I think! Could be totally off but it's a really decent size!

And the last thing included in the box were these amazing ghost prints! Again these will go so lovely in my new house and I can't wait to get them framed! They're both about 7x5 I think again sorry don't have accurate sizes but around that size anyhow! :D

In the very bottom of the box and throughout the box as I was taking things out were these SO CUTE lil ghost confettis! I have since gathered them all together and put them in a little bag so I can use them for something in future! They're too good to waste :P

I made this cute little video of them on my instagram!

The last photos I have for you guys is just a close up of the cards that come in the box. You can see in the first image there are links to all Spooky Box's social websites and where you can sign up! Then there is a card with all the things you get listed on it! Including a nice little introduction at the top! Also some of the money from SpookyBox goes to Cancer Research which is pretty awesome! (Another reason to subscribe!)

I just realized I forgot to take a picture of the lovely lollipop which is candy floss flavour! I have it put aside to have on a special day! It looks so lovely though! So that's been my rundown of everything I got in this months box! As you can probably tell, I'm SO happy with everything! Even though it was a bit late as they were waiting on items to include and then with Address Pal you add a few days to delivery, it was well, well worth the wait!

I cannot wait for the next one which has the theme of "How Does Your Gothic Garden Grow" like, how am I actually going to be able to wait!! I think though all subs for that box is finished but you can subscribe for the Black Cats one here! Update: actually the Black Cat one seems to be out of stock! So you might have to wait until the next subscription is up! Keep an eye on their site and instagram for updates!

I literally cannot wait for future boxes and will definitely have more blog posts about them! I'm also hoping to do video unboxings when I'm feeling a bit better.

Hope you enjoyed this post and let me know if you're thinking of subscribing!!

THE START OF MY ENAMEL PINS ADDICTION

22 Mar 2016

When I think of enamel pins the first thing to come to mind are travel pins that people collect or ones with a brand name on them of some company. But lately an amazing thing has been happening, enamel pins are making a big come back in the form of your favourite shows, movies, music, you name it, there is probably a pin for it now.

This has mainly been happening over on Instagram for me. My following count has risen ridiculously because I'm now following so many Enamel Pin accounts and shops! So many beautiful pins!

My first purchase was the above pins of Mulder and Scully from The X-Files by the amazing Robin Eisenberg (Instagram). How could I pass on those?! You can buy separately here but luckily I got them both together in a package deal. I'm so happy with them and I'm delighted I bought them! I've seen other people release similar pins of Mulder and Scully but these still remain my favourite. Just the right mix of cartoonish tones but realistic enough that you know who they are. They're also really good quality so they won't be easily broken. IN LOVE!

I'm not sure how I came across these pins. It may have been one of my followers who liked a photo of them on Instagram or was suggested to me. The pins are of two of my favourite people who are good friends in real life. They are of course Ian MacKaye and Henry Rollins. I'm a massive Black Flag, Rollins Band, Minor Threat and Fugazi fan. Very much into my punk bands so this Replacement Dads Pin Pack was an absolute must! And just goes to show you there is pins for pretty much everything now! I think I may even have to do a post on some of my favourite and unique enamel pins that I've come across. Thank you SadTruthSupply for creating this unique pack!

I absolutely love my pins so far and I will definitely be getting more in future. Steve even has a collection started and you all should tell him to make a post like this too.

The down sides to the enamel pins addiction is the shipping. The shipping is a massive problem with some shops and they can be from anywhere, the problem doesn't just occur with US shops but even with UK ones. The shipping can sometimes be the same price or more than the pin itself. I have no idea why this is and it really is ridiculous. I don't blame the shops as postage can be terrible everywhere but I do find it odd that the shipping can vary so much. The two shops above do good shipping and at times will have offers or codes you can use so I will buy from them again in future but Steve and I have come across shops where the shipping is sometimes double the items price and when we contacted the seller they didn't give much help or info as to why it was so much. Just something to be weary of when you spot a pin and fall in love with it only to be heartbroken when you see the shipping price.

I really want to make a board to pin them on and showcase! I can't wait to start wearing them!
Have you any awesome enamel pins yet?! Let me know if you're planning on purchasing some!

Thanks for reading! :)

TMI: 50 Random Questions

22 Jan 2016

Katie from Blogging It Beautiful posted a 50 Random Questions and Answers About Me tag which you can read here and I decided to give it a go as well! I'll try and make it as interesting as possible, haha! :P

1: What are you wearing?

I am currently in my PJ's which is just an XXXL mens top from Tescos. I like my tops nice and big and comfy! But the last proper clothes I wore was in my last blog post "Cement". I've pretty much been in my PJ's since then! Ha! :P

2: Ever been in love?

Still am.

3: Ever had a terrible breakup?

I'm lucky that I have not. This is just terribly boring already, isn't it?

4: How tall are you?

I think I'm 5'7.

5: How much do you weigh?

That is fluctuating at the moment. I've lost about 3 stone in the last year, put on a bit over Christmas and I'm trying to get back on track now. I'm not at the weight I want to be just yet and I'm not completely comfortable right now sharing my weight but I am thinking of doing some blog posts about it in the future. I'm very much body positive and love all body types but I'm not completely comfortable with mine yet. But working on it!

6: Any tattoos?

Lots of plans but none yet! Hoping to get one this year for sure!

7: Any piercings?

I have my earlobes pierced for a good long time now. I've had my septum pierced twice and both times it didn't go right. The first time it was pierced way too big. About 8 gauge and I really wasn't happy with it. I could have waited for it to heal and put in a smaller ring but I just wasn't in the right place to wait so I removed it. I then waited for it to heal and then went to a different piercer and got it re-pierced with a smaller 16 gauge but I'm pretty positive he pierced it through the cartilage and it didn't heal right and one day while changing the jewelry, nothing would go back into it. UGH! I also got the side of my nose done at the same time and for some odd reason it didn't take either. It was healing fine, I was cleaning around it and all of a sudden it just popped out and I mean it POPPED right out like it just didn't want to be there anymore. I tried to get it back in but nothing.

I had such bad luck with both those piercings and haven't gone back yet to retry them. I did love how they looked but it just wasn't the time yet I guess! I'm not in a rush at the moment to get them again but maybe in future.

8: OTP?

Mulder and Scully, duh. And they're back soon!!! EEEEEP! :D

9: Favorite Show?

I have so so many favorite shows, I wouldn't even know where to begin! It's honestly endless. But right now the shows I'm watching and loving are: Broad City which we just finished (by we, I mean Steve and I) and it's about two best friends, Abbi and IIana who are living in New York and the crazy situations and things that happen to them. It's very much for adults but so funny and oddly uplifting.

We also just finished Making A Murderer which everyone and their mother is talking about but it really is that good. It's so fucking scary and sad but eye opening and infuriating. Really really worth the watch. I have many opinions on this but don't want to give spoilers until its been on a good while and people have had time to see it.

Jessica Jones is another one everyone is talking about, now I've only seen the first few episodes as I find it's hard going which you would think is odd for a Marvel show. Don't think of this like any of the films or other tv shows except maybe Daredevil. It's a lot darker and more serious but still so good and David Tennant's performance is already unnerving and excellent.

The Blacklist, Supergirl and Brooklyn 99 all came back from their breaks over the Christmas holidays, The Blacklist stars James Spader as Raymond Reddington who is on the FBI's most wanted list but then helps them put away other criminals from a list he made. James Spader is very excellent. Supergirl is about, well, Supergirl. I thought at first it wouldn't be great but I'm actually enjoying it. It's a bit cheesy and bubbly at times but I find its getting better as the episodes go by. Brooklyn 99 was a show I honestly thought wasn't going to be any good but it's one of my favorites and is actually funny and I love every character.

So, yeah. I like TV shows :P I think a better question would have been least favorite shows, haha! :D

10: Favorite bands?

Just like the TV question, I have many favorite bands and artist. But right now I'm loving The Coathangers, Zen Guerrilla, Dinosaur Jr., Richard Hell and the Voidoids and a few more bands that I've been finding on Spotify. I make monthly Spotify playlists of any new to me songs or ones I've heard before. You can add me and I've posted some playlists above!

11: Something you miss?

I suffer from anxiety so I guess I miss when I didn't suffer from it!

12: Favorite song?

No all time favorite song because there's just too many but my favorite songs at the moment are The Coathangers "Adderall" and "Follow Me".  Edit: While searching YouTube for links to the songs I just found out that Mastodon are in the video for Follow Me!! :D This was an awesome surprise as I'm a big fan of Mastodon and actually met Brent the last time Steve and I saw them live in Dublin!

13: How old are you?

I was 26 in December!

14: Zodiac sign?

I am a Sagittarius and while I don't really believe in Zodiac signs I do think I fit mine quite well. And yes I've read the others and don't think I fit them as well. I think the only thing about my sign that's not completely like me is about how outgoing Sagittarians are but I think if it wasn't for my anxiety I would be a lot better at that.

15: Quality you look for in a partner?

Patience because I have none. Humour. Just a decent human being I guess.

16: Favorite Quote?

"Don't do anything by half. If you love someone, love them with all your soul. When you go to work, work your ass off. When you hate someone, hate them until it hurts." - Henry Rollins

17: Favorite actor?

Too many. Tom Hardy.

18: Favorite color?

All the colours. But no really, I used to hate a lot of colours until I realized I didn't actually hate them, I just didn't see them used right. I think every colour, in every shade can look nice as long as it's used right. But I mainly wear black :P

19: Loud music or soft?

Definitely both. I love loud music to get me going, especially punk music so I can feel like I'm smashing all before me but I also like chill music to relax to.

20: Where do you go when you’re sad?

To my room? To Steve or I'll try and do something to take my mind off it. Usually I'll need to talk about it first though.

21: How long does it take you to shower?

Not long at all. Especially since I don't have as much hair on my head as I used to! 10-15 mins maybe?

22: How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?

If I'm just getting up and dressed and going, like 5 mins but if I'm doing my makeup better give me half an hour at least.

23: Ever been in a physical fight?

I don't think so? Like, when I was a kid I think I may have shoved someone or that but nothing serious anyhow!

24: Turn on?

Pamcakes.

25: Turn off?

Well if you smell bad that ain't good. Rude, ignorant, closed minded people.

26: The reason I joined Blogspot?

I joined it a long time ago to post my photography. I really need to update it! I made this blog just to get my interests out there and find others who are similar!

27: Fears?

Spiders. I fear them but understand that they need to be around and all that shit but just not near me thanks. I also don't like them to be killed unless there is no other option. I have anxiety so I'm afraid of a lot of other things too!

28: Last thing that made you cry?

Everything makes me cry. Puppies make me cry, Making A Murderer made me cry, other people, just looking at them makes me cry. LOL! :D

29: Last time you said you loved someone?

Tom Hardy… I mean STEVE!!! :D

30: Meaning behind your blogger URL?

Spooky Ash cos Spooky Mulder but Spooky Ash. Get it?! :D

31: Last book you read?

Well the last thing I read was a graphic novel by Neil Gaiman. It was number nine in The Sandman series. It's about the Dream King, Morpheus. It's very excellent and I'm nearly finished which is sad. I also read another graphic novel series called Saga which is very excellent and bizarre. I have to buy the fifth one soon.

The last actual book I read was Stephen King's "The Gunslinger" which is the first in the Dark Tower series. It wasn't that great and for a small book it was hard to get through but it's interesting and I hear the second book is meant to be better!

I have a Goodreads account where I keep count of all the books I read. You can add me if you like cos I add everyone back! I love seeing what everyone is reading and getting ideas and recommendations of what to read next!

32: The book you’re currently reading?

I'm reading the tenth volume of The Sandman series. I just started it tonight.

33: Last show you watched?

Technically it was some of a Top Gear episode but we last watched a full episode of the latest Blacklist.

34: Last person you talked to?

Steve, he's here beside me playing his game which is in French.

35: The relationship between you and the person you last texted?

My mother.

36: Favorite food?

I love all the food. ALL OF IT. But I'll go with Trdelnik which is a sweet pastry with nutella spread inside it that we had when Steve and I visited Prague! I hope to have a blog post up about Prague sometime soon! I still have photos to go through!

37: Place you want to visit?

I just came back from Prague on the 31st of December. We visited for 4 days. It was beautiful and I had a wonderful time but it was very stressful because of my anxiety and we were unfortunately met with some very rude people. It can happen anywhere but it was a shock and can make you feel very alone when in a foreign country and don't know the language. I would love to visit so many places but it got me thinking I've lots of places in Ireland to visit yet and I think before I take off again I'd like to travel around Ireland a bit. I've actually added it to my goals of this year. I would definitely visit Prague again in future as by the end of our trip we were just getting used to the transport and how to get around. So I think next time that would relieve a lot of the pressure.

38: Last place you were?

Mullingar on Wednesday I think. Well I've been to my new house a few times helping with getting it ready to live in!

39: Do you have a crush?

Tom Hardy… I mean STEVE! :D

40: Last time you kissed someone?

Like, 5 minutes ago. Steve gets all the kisses! :D

41: Last time you were insulted?

Steve insults me all the time! :D

42: Favourite flavour of sweet?

Probably strawberry. But some apple things are nice. It depends. What kind of sweet is it? Cos chocolate. But actually chocolate.

43: What instruments do you play??

None unfortunately. Never had the patience or anyone to teach me really! I would love to know how to play something though.

44: Favourite piece of jewellery?

My Ankh earrings I made myself. I get so many compliments on them. I'm thinking of making and selling them in future!

45: Last sport you played?

HAHAHAHAHA! Does eating count?

46: Last song you sang?

"These lumps! You know you want a slump of these lumps"

47: Favourite chat up line?

Go away.

48: Have you ever used it?

All the time! :D

49: Last time you hung out with anyone?

I hang out with Steve all the time :P

50: Who should answer these questions next?

Anyone who wants to! And let me know if you do so I can read them! :D

That ended up not being very exciting but I had fun filling it in! Thanks for reading :)

Cement

14 Jan 2016

Happy New Year to the three people who actually read my blog. If for some miraculous reason there is more than three people reading this, Happy New Year to you too! I was hoping to get a blog post up sooner than this but find myself unwell or too busy to even take the photos I need for the posts I want to put up. I will be moving into my own space soon and until then I'm busy, with the help of others, getting it ready. I do find it very hard to do anything blog related when I'm in such a small space at the moment. Oh and lets not forget about the awful, dark, dull, rainy days we get here in Ireland too. It's actually snowing right now.

When I move, I'm hoping to get things with my blog, rolling. I have lots of posts planned and even some videos I want to make. I don't have the best equipment for when it comes to videoing and editing those videos but some of my favourite YouTubers use their webcams or crappy cameras and still manage to produce interesting and awesome content so surely I can do the same!

Grey Hooded Cardigan: H&M, Skeleton Top: New Look, Leggings: Penneys/Primark, Boots: Littlewoods

OK ok, enough rabbiting on. Yesterday I done my makeup, put on some clothes and ended up really liking how it all looked together. I said to Steve would he be able to take some quick photos of me before we lost the light. These are some of the photos he got of me! The photos came out great but the quality isn't the best as the ISO was up pretty high because we had hardy any light, which basically means they're a bit grainy and I noticed they make my foundation look a little cakey. I promise it looked way smoother and nicer than that.

Above are just some photos of the look with my glasses on. I ended up taking them off because of all the raindrops on them (which you can see in the last photo above)! Plus they hid my eye makeup, although this eye makeup and outfit does look well with glasses.

The long grey hooded cardigan thing is from H&M and I searched but can't find it online, sorry! I got this the time I bought a load of awesome grungy, edgy stuff including the dress and leather vest jacket I wore in this post. I love it a lot and wear it loads! It's not super warm though, best for layering or on chilly evenings. Not for when its nearly snowing and in these photos you can actually see my chest going red from the cold! The things I do for blog posts. Shhh.. don't tell Nana.

My skeleton top is from New Look during Halloween last year and isn't available anymore, sadly. It glows in the dark!! I love it.

My foundation is Mac Studio Fix Fluid and it's AMAZING. Well so far anyhow. I will do a review sometime in future I'm sure. On my eyes is two shades from the Limecrime palette "Venus" and on my lips is Limecrime's "Cement" Velvetine. Now I know everyone is completely and totally against Limecrime but to be honest and in my opinion they have great products, I have literally no problems with them and I share the same views about Limecrime that Stephanie Nicole does in this video (starts at 10.22). Totally understand if you don't like them but don't get all angry over some makeup, man! Calm down! You can read more about the scandal's and stuff here, including the whole FDA thing.

Limecrime's Venus palette is amazing, I'm in complete love with it and doing a review post of it is actually one of the many posts I want to get up soon. It's a very red based palette which is perfect if you like your grungy looks. They blend so so well and I will definitely talk about them more in future. In this look I went for an orangey rusty look which I think looks really well with "Cement". Their Velvetines are the only liquid to matt lipsticks that actually stay on my lips for a good while. I don't get the long lastingness like some people do because my lips are ridiculously dry and it does start to fade after awhile but this is the first time I've ever been able to wear anything on my lips for so long. Can't rave about them enough! The colour is an amazing deep grey and as soon as I saw it I knew I had to get it! I got this along with some other things and the Venus palette on sale around Christmas. It was a freakin' amazing sale. Got some Velvetines for pretty much half price. Delighted. Will have a review of all in future.

My boots are from Littlewoods and the only sale thing I bought from there. I find Littlewoods has gotten so bad over the last few years clothes wise. Especially in the plus size section. Bin bags. Yep. 'Cos no plus size lady has actually got a shape and they certainly don't want anything fitted and not baggy. UGH. Anyhow I was going through the sale and spotted these boots for €17! They're actually still on sale but gone up to €21. Not that I need anymore boots but these have low heels and all my other boots have a bit of a heel so I thought these might be a bit more comfortable. To be honest I can't give a good enough review of them right now because I only wore them once. But I love how they look!

And finally onto my jewellery! The pentagram necklace is from Fashionology.nl a good while back. I added it to a different chain so that it would be a little shorter. My choker I bought in a set of 5 from aliexpress.com for like a euro or something. And the Ankh earrings I made myself and get so many compliments on!

I had to obviously include a photo of Steve, my photographer for the day. He froze his little fingers off and moaned about the cold but got me the shots I wanted, so thanks :P He's currently working on a blog post so head over to his blog to see it when it's up!

I have no idea when I'll have another blog post mainly because of being busy and all that I explained at the beginning but definitley in the next few months I'm hoping to get a bit more frequent with posting! You can follow me on my new facebook page Spooky Ash which I've already started to post to! If you have bloglovin, twitter or instagram you can follow me at those places too for updates :)

Thanks for reading!!

It's all just a bunch of Hocus Pocus!

31 Oct 2015

Ok before we get started, I'd like to give a soundtrack to this blog post and I think "I Put A Spell On You" from Hocus Pocus is perfect. So head over to YouTube and start playing! Now, I know you are all so jealous of my amazing Hocus Pocus t-shirt from Fright Rags! Unfortunately it was a pre-order and I don't think it's available anymore. Keep an eye on the site though as sometimes they bring shirts back from the graveyard and keep an eye on places like eBay as well.

Before I show you details of the tee and outfit here is some details of my make up! I really liked how I done my eyes. You can't see them very well above but I wanted to include this photo cos for some reason I look like I have purple hair! :D

As a base for my eyes I used the orangey colour in Seventeens Define and Conquer contour kit. The kits they have out are far too orange for my liking to use as a contour but as an autumn, grungy matt eyeshadow they're amazing. I have no idea what shade of kit I have because I see it nowhere on the box. But you can see little hints of orange and brown on the outer parts of the eye shadow. I then went in with Catrice's The Captain of the Black Pearl eye shadow into the crease and under the bottom lash line. I went over the top with a Blingtone purple glitter eye shadow which I bought years ago in Boots and never seen it anywhere again but it's amazing. I then used NYC's liquid liner for my wings which I use all the time now, it's so good, especially for the price. My eyebrows are my own and HD Brows power in a very dark brown blackish colour.

On my lips I have Nightmoth lipliner from Mac with NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Transylvania over top. The application isn't very neat as I didn't have much time to apply so please ignore that! But I love the colour so much and both those products go so well together.

My hat is from either Penneys/Primark or New Look. It was pretty cheap anyhow but good quality and I really like it! It gives an extra witchy look to the outfit. Lots of places are doing similar hats like this in store! My earrings are from Fashionology.nl awhile ago so not sure they still have them.

Fright Rags do amazing horror tees all year around, which between Steve and I, we have a wardrobe full! But at Halloween they usually have extra special shirts and this year they didn't disappoint! As soon as I knew it was going to be Hocus Pocus I knew I had to have it! I love the artwork and love how they included all the main characters! Like I said above, unfortunately it's not available anymore and this is one of the sad things about Fright Rags! Most of these special shirts you have to preorder and if you miss out you might never see them again. This is why we have far too many of them haha!

My kimono/cardigan thing is from Penney's. I think I bought it at the beginning of the year. It doesn't feel as nice and velvety as it looks but it still looks really nice and dresses up a t-shirt well.

My super cute wooden cat on a broomstick is from a wonderful site called Hey Chickadee and I want everything from it, especially all their Halloween stuff. Keep an eye on them after Halloween as this necklace and others might go on sale! I bought this necklace a couple of years ago so the one on site is a little different now! The cat is coloured in black and has a yellow eye!

The trees behind me in the photo above are called The Three Sisters. I thought this location was perfect for this post seeing as Hocus Pocus involves three wicked witches! I was told by my teacher in school but I can't remember the story that went along with it but just remember being told they were called The Three Sisters. I could be totally making this up but that's what I remember anyhow!
